DYEBERG combines dyeing and spooling’s
artisan and industrial tradition
in one reality. A centenary story renewed in 1988, year in which Tintoria Bergamasca S.r.l. turns into
Dyeberg S.p.A.
The 1st of February 1999 was the day of the final change: the company goes into the hand of the employees, thanks to an action of
workers buy out
, still remembered as
case of success
. Today DYEBERG boasts a team of 50
qualified employees

DYEBERG’s
yarns are intended for all textile sectors:
weaving
for clothing, shirts and furniture;
knitwear
for circular and rectilinear machines,
hosiery

spinning
in general.
Departments
Dyeing Laboratory
: where the colors requested by customers are sampled, then reproduced on dyeing machines using the same chemical and thermal conditions.
Dyeing Department
: where we work batches from 1 kg up to 800 kg in one go. Maximum flexibility for a service able to meet the needs of each type of customer.
Drying Department
: radiofrequency and hot air.
Quality Control Laboratory
: where the dyed batch is tested according to the conformity required by the customers.
Winding Department
: with a fleet of
400 heads
for each type of yarn treatment; from the
paraffinning
of natural and synthetic fibres, to the
humidification
of the linen, up to the
rewinding
of metric cones for dyeing.
Research and Development department
: where we test next generation products, processes and dyeing techniques. We use
cutting-edge technologies
to continuously improve our quality service, always looking to the future.
